What we collect

This website has no forms and collects nothing about you. Every enquiry leaves the site through WhatsApp, a telephone call or an email, so what you send us is whatever you choose to write in that message.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Why we collect it

Whatever you send us in a message is used to answer that enquiry and, if you go on to stay with us or hold an event here, to manage that booking. Nothing else.

Third parties

Our contact page embeds a Google Maps frame, which means Google may set cookies and see your IP address when that map loads. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried on WhatsApp's own infrastructure under their terms, not ours.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for twenty-four months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. WhatsApp threads stay in the handset that receives them until they are deleted there.
